Welcoming coffeehouse with handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries....
Have experienced rude cashiers who speak barely loudly than a whisper, issues with being able to help with loyalty points and the store closes earlier than displayed, with staff shaking their head at you while packing up their bikes to leave. Sad as it’s the closest to me. Better experience in the city.
I've been going for years and it's always been good. Considering the area and surrounding office blocks, it's fairly transient with mpst ppl ordering to go. That means it's usually pretty quiet so it's ideal for remote working, a catch up with friends or to read/watch Netflix solo. There's a nice outdoor area for when the weather is good, and a nice and bright area inside at the front. The staff have always been great - really pleasant, attentive and fast. The only drawback is the 5:30 closing time unless there's a show on in the 3Arena.
It was a typical Starbucks experience, but I received friendly service. The sandwich was also tasty/delicious.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Staff was very rude. I was with my 4 month old baby and I asked for toilet. One of the girls told me it’s behind the corner and told me the door code. I went there and there was just toilet there was no where to change my baby. I went back and asked for toilet for disabled people or for mothers and the same girls unhappy told me that they have but it’s just for costumers. She unlocked the door where was saying “private”. I was changing nappy for my baby and there someone from the staff unlocked the door and opened twice without even knowing before, they didn’t even said sorry and didn’t locked the door back. It feels like mommy’s and disabled people are discriminating. Why other toilet is opened and other one is locked and staff is unlocking whenever they are going there. Coffee was nice though
My go to place for coffee when i was staying in this area. I love this Starbucks because it isnt as crowded as the other branches probably cause it’s a bit hidden, you wouldn’t notice it right away when you are at the point square. It has a nice interior too and the staffs here are always nice and cheerful :)
