The waffle and the drink is really nice 😆 and the staff at the til are really helpful and friendly and very patient as well even though they are in a busy situation. 👍🏻 The atmosphere is nice too😍 Will come and visit again😊

I’ve been here a few times and on each occasion the women that were on the tills were really unpleasant, almost like taking my order was an inconvenience for them. One of the times the woman serving me was whispering to herself directly in front of me, very obviously making unnecessary comments. The waffles are really good but the tea itself is very mediocre and everything on the menu is ridiculously overpriced. I’ve been trying to visit as many different bubble tea places as I can to find the best ones and this is by far the one I least look forward to visiting. It’s almost daunting as there always seems to be some kind of issue with the workers and it’s just so uncomfortable to speak to them. I understand that it must be stressful with how busy of a location the shop is in, but their customer service is just ridiculous. I would only say to come here for the waffles but it isn’t worth it at all in my opinion.

Disappointing. We ordered the Chocolate Milk Tea and Thai Milk Tea. The chocolate tasted cheap and like it had been sitting in the store for ages and the Thai Milk Tea tasted very artificial. I’m guessing they used powder instead of real tea leaves which explains the flavour. The tapioca pearls were also quite tough. Overall, the service was okay very fast but what’s the point if the drinks don’t taste nice ☹️

My friend and I came in here yesterday spontaneously and the drinks were delicious! I got the lemon and orange tea and she got the chocolate milk tea ! They were both delicious and will def be back again. Staff member was super friendly too and the drinks took maybe 5 minutes

After a long day of walking I was craving a boba tea. I saw on Google maps that this place was the nearest to me, so I was curious how it would taste. I got the Brown sugar milk tea boba which for a large was 6.70 euros. Compared to competitors on the more expensive side. Normally I’m not a big fan of milk tea but this was enjoyable. The tapioca was a bit too chewy for my liking but it was a nice drink. Overall experience: 4/5
