M&S Cafe

The terrace is lovely during the summer and a really good spot for pictures. However the food is nothing special and the service is bad. Not enough staff, not enough toilets and the tables and floors are dirty. Beware of the seagulls.

Edit: never have any eggs ever! Or pancakes. Menu changes tomorrow 3rd January and they've no stock of anything!!! Original: Check what they give you, often left short things that are supposed to be included. This time it was the sausages in the big breakfast. There was a girl on the tills who's name began with A who had a cold sore and was touching the tops of all the forks when she was handing them out! Get your own cutlery from beside the kitchen area.

Was a gorgeous day and the outside deck was closed as there only seemed to be one set of on at the time. Nearly every table was dirty and needed wiping. The scones were dry, the matcha was warm and dull. Not the quality and service of years past. Nothing special, just a dull cafeteria feel. The server was polite

Hello so for my list of places -i will recommend this if you fly by near , it’s a cafe so if self service or waiting is not a serious problem for you , you should go. Excellent location , nice price , for Tea or Coffee chat time is a great spot , and roof top of course .As always seat with friends , maybe meet new one )))

Perfect place to rest and recharge after walking and shopping along Grafton! Ample seating, clean toilets and good variety of cafe food. They even have a nice alfresco roof terrace. Staff manning the counter was polite even tho they had ran out of quite a lot of the different coffees. Overall great location to have a break.
