I recently completed the Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training at ElbowRoom with Melissa Curtis and found it to be an incredibly comprehensive and empowering course. I've been going to the Elbowroom for 18 years. It's a beautiful space with a nice, friendly community at a good price. I especially enjoy the yin yoga with Elaine Yau and her Saturday morning class. The lunchtime community classes are a nice break with a friendly bite afterwards,. I highly recommend.

The elbowroom is a special place... it is the embodiment of community - welcoming you as you are in the heart of Stoneybatter. I did the Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Melissa who is so passionate, knowledgeable and skilled translating her years of wisdom and teachings.
