Irish book chain store offering a selection of books for all ages as well as text books....
Really great place to come read a book and have a coffee. The coffee was very reasonably priced (I paid less than I usually would for a cappuccino with oat milk) and the environment is very quiet for reading. I also saw some people working on a laptop, so also great for a 'work from anywhere day'.
Ignorant barista u can't ask her if coffee is on the way without she getting thick with u. Too overpriced and she gave the small one on purpose. Another bloke got bigger cup. Definitely don't recommend.
This family-owned independent bookstore spans three levels, offering a vast selection of titles across various genres, including a notable collection of works by Irish authors. The store's layout is both inviting and well-organized, making it a pleasure to browse through the extensive range of books. The upper floor features a cozy café, providing a perfect spot to relax with a new book. The staff are known for their friendliness and expertise, always ready to offer personalized recommendations. Their passion for books enhances the overall shopping experience, making each visit enjoyable. Additionally, the children's section upstairs is thoughtfully designed, featuring a variety of books and some toys, creating an engaging space for young readers. Overall, Dubray Books provides a charming and comprehensive book-buying experience in the heart of Dublin. Its extensive selection, knowledgeable staff, and inviting atmosphere make it a must-visit for both locals and tourists. I highly recommend stopping by to explore their offerings.
good prices for the drinks at the cafe, excellent huge range of books. though the wifi code that they give you at the cafe only works for an hour or so. lovely atmosphere, though, a quiet place to sit in the city centre, and you can hear the street musicians :) my photos: my tea and table, and the view through the window on Grafton street.
Decent selection of books, interesting staff choice section. Staff friendly and super helpful, happy to give recommendations. Also good range of toys, candles, cards & chocolate - good for presents.
