The worst service and the hot cross bun was dry and terrible was not asked if I wanted it toasted and she put 2 fresh buns on the stand instead of offering us the fresh buns. We were in a hurry or we would have returned to shop to be honest a discrace.

The staff is terrible, they didn't ask what kind of glass they were pouring into, glass or cardboard, takeaway or in, the communication was terrible, they gave my latte to another person, I had to wait 5 minutes.

Quiet coffee shop with delicious pastries. Very reasonable price. You can use the bathrooms with the code from your receipt. The staff is very friendly

Every day, my wife and I go to one of the Costa restaurants. The atmosphere was pleasant today. There were not too many guests who sit for hours over one coffee. I got the coffee this time in paper packaging, although I would have liked to ceramic cup. The quality of coffee and the pleasure of drinking it are very different.

Food: they really need to change the options for the sandwich price doesn't seem to be value worth the portion of toasties or standard sandwich variety, it's poor research of what they bring out to the customers, as I saw what they offer on the drinks and they definitely did a good job of verity, if they really wanna stand out from the rest of the chain bring out new food menu not just drinks, The whip up was a bad choice, the straw is eco-friendly but since it's filled up in a plastic cup and too tight both from over-dense compounds and the container the it was overflowing on the lid, Whether it's rushed due to queue or the first attempt making it. Or just a bad combo of ingredients, the milk was so overpowered by the foam and the white chocolate barely felt not even a tingle. As for the mozzarella and pest, the size was bad and not worth the price at all especially after tosted shrinking it even further more. but the ingredients were nicely put together giving a perfect savory flavor. Service : The 2 on the front floor/till were amazingly on par with each other for the opening hour which was extremely queuing from the exit door to the till. Managed to put all orders promptly and never had issues with the multitasking. They definitely deserve proper recognition on a busy morning like today. Atmosphere: Clean and on point at all times. The only one downside is seating area next to the entrance door should be removed or distances farther away since smokers get their smoke in the indoors and it's unable to ventilate the front properly, especially on sunny days like today.
