Scandic Morgenmads Restaurant

We stayed in this hotel and for the most part the stay was good for a night. Front desk was very helpful and delivered top tier service. The restaurant and the food was absolutely terrible. The noodles were overcooked and the rest of the chicken and veggies were ice cold. It was as if they served us yesterday's linguine and veggies that was left over. Service in the restaurant was subpar and we couldn't even get a napkin to use during the meal.

Just returned from 4 nights at the Scandic Copenhagen and we really enjoyed our time there. The room was a good size, clean and very quiet for sleeping. We were also really lucky to have a room with a nice view to the planetarium and lakes. The location is good, about 5 mins walk from Vesterport Station and about 10 mins from Central Station. There are some nice restaurants around and about the hotel and a 7 11 shop just up the road. Would definitely recommend for a budget friendly hotel in Copenhagen.

The rooms are on the smaller side, at least for my taste, and they offer just the essentials—towels, bath gel and conditioner, an iron, a safe, plus a desk and TV. It’s the kind of place that works perfectly for travelers who spend most of their time out exploring and simply need a comfortable spot to rest at the end of the day. What really makes this hotel shine, though, is everything beyond the room. The service is genuinely great, the internet is reliable, the food is enjoyable, the staff are welcoming, and the location is incredibly convenient. All of that together makes it a wonderful place to stay.

They have achieved something extraordinary here… Flatline neutrality. Nothing in this hotel excites you but also nothing disappoints. The room is there but it’s nothing special. The bed is there but it’s nothing special. The bathroom, the pillow, the breakfast… all these things exist in this hotel but they will do nothing for your dopamine levels. Amazing. I’m back in my country wondering did I even go there🤷‍♀️

Outstanding hotel! Excellent room facilities; extremely clean with comfortable beds and very warm duvets; great shower! The staff are very welcoming and friendly; the location couldn't be more convenient-everything is nearby and accessible on foot; very safe place and there are train stations as well as métro ones within walking distance, quite important after a long flight. The most impressive thing about this hotel is that, it is opposite the lake which was great for our morning stroll. Thank you for a splendid Xmas 🎄 holiday!!!
