Food was great. High quality and excellent. Nice atmosphere but there is a big step to enter the place and a door. What if you are disabled? Or can't climb up? Anyways, the staff was nice but when I bought a bunch of things (best customer in the shop) I asked for a bag. There was no way I could carry all that in my hand. The lady said we don't have bags. Whaaaa? You have carry out but no bags!!! So I had to ask to cancel some items like water bottles because I wasn't carrying my own bags. Then she somehow found some bags. Perfect sized paper bags. Yes she charged me a small fortune for some flimsy paper bags but it solved the issue. Poorly trained and bad customer service. I am going to another coffee shop. There are tons all around with great service and amazing products.

Great place for a good cup of coffee.. cappuccino to be exact. Attention and service great. The place, ambience is awesome. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and good street vibe. Thank you!

A small but cosy cafe that you can grab an early breakfast. Choices are limited but there should be something g for everyone. Coffee was great too.

Absolutely LOVE this place. I came here everyday of my Copenhagen trip. The first time I came Wilhelm was such a light! He was so kind and positive, made me a wonderful fresh mint tea with honey. I came back to visit with my friend again the next day because I told him about the lovely service and atmosphere. Luckily, Wilhelm was there again and he was just as amazing. He made us both the fresh mint tea with honey, great oatmilk lattes and gave us pastry recommendations. The Peacan Dulce crumble cookie was DELICIOUS, we had to come back for more. The carrot cake muffin was also so so moist and fresh and sweet- definitely worth a try! A great cozy atmosphere as well. Thank you again Wilhelm for your lovely service and for putting a smile on our faces (:

I stayed in a hotel near the cafe for several days, so every morning I stopped by for coffee and krausans. Inside is very nice and cozy, there is a free toilet. When you sit and drink coffee you see cars, bikes and people on the street through the large windows, it adds more beauty to this cafe. I recommend it, of course.
