Pas Normal Studios

Pas Normal Studios Flagship Store is a really cool spot — a cyclist-focused store with a small café inside. Even if you’re not super into cycling, it’s worth popping in for the vibe. The design is sleek, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the coffee was genuinely good. A nice place to take a quick break and soak in the Copenhagen style aesthetic.

Bough a jersey and bib shorts whilst on holiday in Majorca. 3 washes and the shorts are falling apart. Pas Normal will only exchange if I travel back to Majorca! They have said they will credit me back what I purchased them for but as I got a discount for buying a ‘bundle’ and now expected to pay for postage it’s going to cost me more to re-buy the shorts. I’m not even sure they are going to honour that as they haven’t responded to my emails for over two weeks now.

I ordered a gilet and a jacket, but returned all items except for one jersey due to sizing issues. While the return was confirmed, I received an incorrect refund — the amount for the returned jacket (approx. $100) was missing. I have tried to contact customer support several times over the past two weeks via both email and phone, but have not received any reply. Calls are not answered, and emails remain unanswered. I used to really appreciate Pas Normal, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust. This is simply unacceptable and a very disappointing customer experience.

Great service and selection(both sizes and models)

First time cyclist trying on bibs and gear and the service from the staff was superb! Had an issue with one on my items and it was fixed in the store with no issues and a smile. The coffee is great and the buns with cheese as well. I am very happy with my bibs also, the quality combined with the excellent service ensures that I will spend (much!) more money here. Five stars, no argument.
