Coffee Collective

No matter how many new locations Coffee Collective expands to, they will always be one of my favourite cafes in the world. From the appeasing atmosphere, and quenching coffee, this cafe, as all their other ones, has only left me with the want to return!

This was on my list of coffee places in Copenhagen and the very 1st stop I made the morning after we landed. Luckily there was one near our rental so made a beeline right after it opened. Minimalist and warm interior serving robust coffee. Also got the cardamom bun which was a tad bit too sugary but perfect with coffee. There were regulars that came and some fired up their laptops and were working from there. Came back the next morning to try their Takesi Geisha coffee since it was hyped up in the media but it was not my cup of tea. All in all I’m happy I got to experience this coffee place.

Perfect spot for an excellent cup of coffee on a rainy sunday morning (or any time else). The Hot Chocolate is also very delicious. Relaxed Athmosphere, nice and competent staff, interesting interior. Unfortunately still no vegan snack options.

Large, open modern space. Lots of people working on laptops. Very friendly staff who switched easily to English for me. Got a very good iced coffee, plus an excellent cardamom pastry.

Definitely my fav location of Coffee Collective. Fabulous design, amazing coffee equipment, skilled baristas. Thanks barista Bartek for being so welcoming and suggesting good coffees 🫶🏻 Great to see Carlsberg byen developing!
