Understated eatery with a terrace serving sandwiches, burgers, mussels & meat dishes, plus wine....
Excellent cafe bistro place in the French cooking style. Not cheap but well worth the price with lots of delicious dishes to choose from in a trendy part of town off the beaten path. I had the French onion soup that had many layers of flavor and a perfect start on a cold evening. Next came the Filet with a delicate pepper sauce, the cut was extraordinary and cooked to perfection. Loved the flavors and seasonings and the staff was charming and attentive, thank you for a great evening!
Loved the food! Service was beyond amazing. We had the chickpea fries as a starter that were absolutely mind blowing. The Wilder Burger was extremely good. We could decide how rare or well done we liked the meat. The chocolate creme brûlée was crazy and addictive. This is a spot that I would definitely visit again when in town.
Excellent. Had the escargots, french onion soup, and tartare frites, all of which were excellently executed. The escargots in particular were fabulous, very herb-forward. The bread in the onion soup was perfect. Too often is onion soup served with soggy bread, but this one maintained a crisp crust even inside the soup. Really wonderful. Minimal on the cheese. I came in 10 minutes until kitchen close (delayed flight) but neither the service nor the food suffered for it. Very appreciative of the staff. Definitely worth a visit!!!
Lovely place, friendly and professional service. 4 out-of 5 stars overall.and for the food, because the snails were a bit too salty and with too much parsley (see pic). Great steak tartate & fries and creme brulee (taste, texture temperature). Presentation was fine, but would be upgraded easily. Prices are high, but I guess all if Copenhagen is (especially if you are visiting from another European country). I did not mind the check, considering the quality of the experience.
We had such good food here! From the bread and butter to the desserts. We loved every dish. The burger was so flavorful, that sauce with the sprouts was a good combination. Definitely check this place out! And the passion fruit martini was also a stand out.
