Of course — here is the review in English, clear, firm, and well-written: ⸻ I had a very disappointing experience at Espresso House today. I waited 27 minutes for two simple coffees, without any update or apology for the delay. On top of that, the staff did not follow the order queue, and several people who ordered after me were served first, which made the wait even more frustrating. For a coffee chain that claims to value customer experience, the service was far below expectations. I really hope they improve their organization and respect for customers’ time, because as it stands now, it’s not acceptable. In its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Espresso House is a must visit for coffee in Scandinavia. I popped in for a cheeky coffee to get out of the snow showers and somehow ended up with a cinnamon bun to go with it — no regrets at all. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a clean, welcoming coffee house. A simple, reliable stop that ticks all the boxes. Recommended! ☕️✨
Saturday afternoon, we ordered food and then we got it in paper bags (we wanted to stay inside and eat but were not informed that they are out of plates). Interesting thing, that several dirty plates were on the tables... Also, I ordered a coffee and needed to remind the service to prepare it as they forgot and I saw that people who ordered a way later have received their order. Coffee & food tasted well.
This Espresso House in Copenhagen is a cosy spot with a bright, welcoming interior, thanks to the large windows that let in plenty of light. The coffee is consistently good, and there’s a nice variety of snacks to choose from – from chocolate balls to sandwiches. Facilities are convenient too, with a toilet accessible via code (2233). A solid place for a quick break or to linger with a cup.
Espresso House on Torvegade in Christianshavn is one of those places where you instantly feel at ease. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of vibrant Christianshavn, yet the café manages to maintain a sense of calm and a cozy, almost secluded atmosphere. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a relaxed and welcoming vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can easily sit down with your laptop for some quiet work or enjoy a good conversation with a friend over coffee. The service is absolutely top-notch – the staff are friendly, approachable, and always ready with a warm smile or a kind word. Whether you’re popping in for a quick coffee-to-go or planning to settle in for a longer stay, you’re made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive. And the coffee… well, it definitely doesn’t disappoint. Espresso House has built a reputation for quality coffee, and this location lives up to it. Whether it’s an espresso, a cappuccino, or a simple filter coffee, every cup is brewed with care, served hot, and tastes just right. If you’re in the mood for something sweet with your coffee, they offer a tempting selection of cakes and pastries that are as visually appealing as they are delicious. For breakfast, there’s a nice range of light options – small breakfast rolls, croissants, or yogurt with granola. If you’re dropping by for lunch, their panini sandwiches are a safe and satisfying choice. Simple, tasty, and filling. The Wi-Fi connection is stable and fast – a big plus if, like me, you sometimes need to catch up on work or answer a few emails while enjoying your coffee. All in all, a truly lovely spot to hang out – whether you’re on your own or with company. A small oasis in the middle of the city where you can breathe deeply, enjoy a great coffee, and just be.
