The food was excellent as was the atmosphere and service as well. Really cosy feeling in combination with the small lake and the renovated area. We got the ribeye, the tartar and the ravioli filled with mushrooms all of the dishes were delicious.
Tasteful but cozy ambiente paired with a great menu that showcases Danish ingredients and specialties. Very good food and service resulted in a joyful evening.
We tried different types of Smørrebrød and some of their cakes, everything was very good! The place is cozy and graceful, they found a place for us (7) even without a reservation.
What an excellent meal! This was a great little restaurant in a historic building. All the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. I started with the tuna appetizer which was very flavorful. The bread served was soft inside with a nice crust. For dinner I had the Weiner schnitzel and my friend had the summer risotto. Both were delicious. My favorite part of the meal was dessert (it’s usually my favorite part of most meals). We got a variety of desserts - rhubarb crisp (such a nice mix or tart and sweet), traditional birthday cake (icing was amazing) a raspberry cookie which was fantastic, something marzipan (everyone loved it, I didn’t try that one). And fresh berries with cream which was light and refreshing. I would definitely recommend eating here if you are in Copenhagen!
I coincidentally stumbled upon this complete hidden gem! Gorgeous family owned restaurant. Locally sourced, organic food. Beautiful terrace outside facing the lake for a nice Sunday brunch, 100% recommended!
