Cafe Katz

Very nice atmosphere. Service was super friendly. We had a good breakfast here. I will definitely will recommend to try their Katz coffe.

Unfortunately, our experience at this place was not pleasant. I will start with the fact that we were not served at the table we wanted, but that was nothing compared to what followed. Inside the plate that was brought to us, among some poor-quality fried food, there was a black object that we did not know what it was. We informed the waitress, but she did not say a single word. Literally, she did not say a single word. And of course, no action was taken by any manager of the establishment. In the end, beauty and a smile are not enough to provide proper service. So stay away from this place if you want to feel safer about your night out in Copenhagen. And in the end, all our clothes smelled of the kitchen.

Amazing food at the best price!! Me and a friend shared the brunch menu, where you can choose 4 dishes for 150ckk (~€10 per person) and the quality was phenomenal. Honestly, 10/10 recommend. It's our 3rd day here and avg cost of food is 20-30€ with a very mediocre taste This was outstanding!!

My husband and I had dinner at Katz and left with mixed feelings. We both ordered the striploin steak and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment—completely tasteless and the vegetables served with it were overly greasy. Definitely not worth the price. We also tried the mussels, which were actually quite good—I’d recommend those if you go. For drinks, my husband had a caipirinha, but it was so strong he couldn’t even finish it. I had the Passion Katz, and that was delicious—probably the highlight of the evening. What really brought the experience down was the service. It took forever to place our order and even longer to get the check. For the high prices, the overall quality and experience just didn’t match. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re only stopping in for mussels and a Passion Katz.

This was my first dinner in Copenhagen. Ordered the Copenhagen Burger and was delighted on how tasty it was. Service was great and their staff were really pleasant and accommodating. The location was perfect and the ambiance was great. It was cozy and relaxing.
