Wanted to try this new steakhouse for its very highly rated wagyu steaks. Perfect for celebrating my wife's birthday. The beef tongue was amazing, the carpaccio delicious...but, oh wow, the dry-aged fish (pompano) was absolutely exquisite. Such caring and attentive staff, too. Pat was a delight and with the manager they all made my wife's birthday such a happy memorable occasion. Can't wait to return for more fish! Thank you for a lovely evening.

Good food, good price, good atmosphere. The service is fast. When I just finish my dish the next dish came right away. If you want to go slow better to let them know in advance

We opted for the 650g Australian Wagyu sirloin, ordered medium-rare, and it arrived spot-on: a gorgeous crust on the outside, tender and pink in the center, with rich marbling that melted in the mouth. The extensive wine selection, displayed in an impressive floor-to-ceiling wine room, perfectly complemented the meal.
