Coffee & Relax

My husband and I stopped here for a cold matcha latte and a hot cappuccino. The cafe served the matcha latte unsweetened, so I had to add the sugar myself. However, because the drink was cold, the sugar didn't dissolve well and leaving the matcha still bitter. Meanwhile, my husband felt that the hot cappuccino at a coffee shop near Waroros Market was much better and more affordable than the one here. It was a bit of a disappointing experience for us

Honestly, this might be the best matcha I’ve ever had in my life. You can feel it’s made with care, not just prepared and served. The sweet older lady who owns the place is an absolute gem, so warm, kind, and genuine, it feels like being welcomed into someone’s home. The matcha was insanely good, deep, smooth, perfectly balanced, just pure joy in a cup. Everything about this place feels right. Total gem. Absolute must-visit.

Nice spot for a drink or a meal (they have breakfast options). I’ve only had drinks, but have seen many plates of food that looked delicious. Last time I was here I ended up getting a brown sugar fresh milk, which was refreshing and not too sweet. The women working here are friendly, and it’s nice to relax (as the name suggests) and have a drink to escape the heat for an hour or two.

I was looking for a coffee shop that had comfortable sitting area and found this to the perfect place. I ended staying for over 2 hours and it never got packed. The staff is very friendly with everyone and seem to know many of the customers who stopped by. I also had my lunch and some yogurt too. If I’m ever back to Chiang Mai I’ll definitely come here again. Food was delicious It’s a small shop but enough sitting area inside and at the entrance.
