A very charming and reasonably priced cafe on the banks of the Danube River. Their canolio was delicious. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit if you ever find yourself in Budapest.
Was walking to the castle and on the way, an incredibly buttery aroma pulled us into the shop. Totally unplanned but the owner was so nice to let us in well before his opening time. The croissants were so shockingly soft and crispy, a gentle pinch could deflate the whole piece. Probably the second best croissant I have had in europe (behind Paris’ La Maison), and the coffee was good enough too. Thanks for having us!
This cafe truly lives up to its slogan, good food and good stuff! As first time in Europe with vegan/vegetarian diet requirements this was a great spot the host was really helpful and even recommended their vegetarian sandwiches (the Caprese and the Pesto). 10/10 definitely recommend!
I really like to find local places with such a nice attention and good food. Today I had this amazing lunch: Pesto sandwich, Aperol Spritz and lemon cake and espresso as dessert. Everything was really great!! Really recommend this place!!
Absolutely loved this place! It’s the perfect spot to relax, with a stunning view of the Danube that makes everything feel extra special. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, ideal for a peaceful break or a casual meal with friends. The food was delicious from start to finish, but the real star of the show? The tiramisu was 100/10! Honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
