Huge space, but it didn’t feel industrial. The double espresso was really nice and the barista asked which flavor profile I preferred. The chestnut latte was really nice but maybe a bit on the sweet side. The cafe dog was also really cute!
The drinks are astounding. However, the food leaves a bit to be desired - maybe wish the pastries could be a little warmer, otherwise maybe offer some warm food options. The ambience is amazing, although the music can only be heard from the main counter and not from the library room on the right.
Selah is just amazing. The venue itself is gorgeous and it fits a lot of different kinds of events. There are several different churches that regularly use it one way or another. I've had two song gigs there myself and it's a wonderful place to perform. The staff is very kind and polite. It's very special.
Always a favorite stop in Budapest. Love the peppermint mocha in the winter and the iced blueberry in the warm months. Always delicious treats, too! Appreciate the cozy book room for working and the more casual cafe area for visiting with friends.
One of my favorite places in Budapest for breakfast! Place is amazing not only for remote work but also group work as well! Everything is reasonably priced and affordable. On top of that staff is super nice and helpful, they speak perfect English and ordering shouldn’t be a problem for tourists or non Hungarian speakers. Coffee always looks good and tastes delicious. Ham sandwich is my go-to all the time and I can only recommend that since I haven’t tried anything else. Card payment is acceptable. Definitely recommended!
