The food wasn’t the best tastefully speaking. Still good for a MacDonald’s The electric plug didn’t work to charge up my phone. The service was fast, we waited 3 mins to get our order served at the counter. Well placed in the city with the metro station nearby and the trams. Wouldn’t recommend this McDonalds in the city there’s way better ones.

The worst service ever and I am referring to the young girls handing out the orders. They randomly change the order status. Today we were waiting for our order, which had apparently been ready for 15 minutes because one of the girls kept repeating the wrong number. It was 73, and she kept saying 37. How were we supposed to know it was our order? During those 15 minutes, I tried to get their attention several times, but they completely ignored us and were very rude. When we finally received our order, the drinks were missing. The girls clearly have no idea what’s going on and are very disrespectful. This happened today around 11:00 Am The rest of the staff were very nice, especially the lady in the restroom and the security man. The place was clean and the food was tasty. It’s just a shame we had to eat it cold because of such disorganized, rude and unprofessional service.

McDonald's locations in Europe are seriously the best. Real ingredients, made with care and delivery to table fast. I would have never thought going to a McDonald's in Austria, and Italy could be such an exciting experience. Although you can't get ranch in Europe, they have even more options for dipping sauces and desserts. I had such a delicious croissant and cappuccino one morning. Then another day for lunch, chicken nuggets, fries and a small cheese burger. 😀 I wish it was made like this back home because I wouldn't feel as bad for having fast food that's delicious and not processed.

More than 1 hour waiting for the delivery this is what I got. I omplained to the wolt and they only can give me 1800 forint back which is ridicolous cause I spent around 9000 forint. I asked them to give me the same orfer but warm but they refused. This Mcdonalds is the worst!!!!

After work or university whenever Im tired and don’t wanna cook by own i choose mc Donald’s this combo from this outlet 🥹 currently bored so giving this review haha.. and of course mc Donald’s always best 🤪
