Pretty nice atmosphere and overall good coffee. However, the staff is like bio robots. No smile, no hi or whatever

I’m disappointed with the quality of drinks at your café. Today I ordered a flat white to have in the café, but it was made to-go - most likely because I usually order take-away. I clearly stated I wanted to drink it here, so the barista just reluctantly poured the drink into a cup. What’s worse is that the drink itself was poorly prepared: the milk was frothed improperly and poured incorrectly into the espresso, ruining the texture and taste. I’m leaving this review because this isn’t the first time - it happens almost every time I come in. The barista doesn't pay proper attention to the drink preparation. Also, why prepare a flat white in such a large cup with too much milk? The standard volume is around 180–200 ml, but your baristas often fill large takeaway paper cups (up to 300 ml). Either reduce the amount of milk you pour into those cups or change the takeaway cup size. It seriously affects the drink’s flavor. I expected a properly made flat white, and instead, I got this. Do you really think this is how a flat white should look?

This place used to be nice. However, last 1 year how many times I tried to give it a chance always disappointed. Overpriced for food/drink/ service provided. Food is tasteless, madársaláta was not even washed, and sand was cracking in my mouth. I saw a couple of times how a barista poured back into the box already steamed milk because it was left from a previous order. The staff is rude.

It's a great spot for delicious coffee, tasty snacks and sandwiches. The quality of the lunch and drinks is consistently good. The only downside is the service, which can be hit or miss. Some days the staff are super friendly and welcoming, while other times the vibe feels off, like I’m inconveniencing someone by ordering. That said, it’s still one of my favorite go-to places during the workday.

The atmosphere is really nice, there are only a couple of places in Budapest that you can find San Sebastian Cheesecake and this is one of them. Loved it in general. It would be great if the staff is also friendly :)
