Service lady making cappuccino was very rude when asked for fork or knife for my cake. A hard “No” and exasperated look as though it should know this. They had run out of forks but had plenty of spoons; but did not explain this. Someone had not done their preparation! Bad service experience

Just the usual..nice coffee at a nice place

Wanted to get coffees and desserts but the desserts didn't look too appetising. Other than that it was fine

We got frozen sandwiches, the i side was crystal ice. They did not know how to give back the money so I paid for food we could not eat! Ridiculous, even they ask for tip in advance!

Beautiful cafe, great selection of drinks, and the staff is nice. Definitely worth a visit.
