Caffe' Vergano

First time here and the coffee was one of the best ones I've tasted so far. Highly recommend, will be back!

Quite the perfect spot for a coazy conversation :) The staff is kind and the coffee delicious.

I used to like it a lot, good coffee and nice snacks. But since the staff changed the quality of service dropped down so badly, lots of mistakes multiples times.. I hope this could improve soon!

Please get experienced stuff. There are 3 waiters serving, they are not able to fulfill simple tasks.

As a foreigner working nearby for the past two years, I’ve regularly visited this café, but I’ve become increasingly disappointed by what seems to be racial profiling at the counter. While my white/Hungarian colleagues are consistently asked for their names when placing orders—names that are then used to call them—I’ve almost always received just a number tag or nothing at all. Today, I noticed the same treatment being given to other non-white customers behind me, while Hungarian customers after us were asked for their names as usual. I raised this politely with the staff member taking my order, but she dismissed me without any response and immediately moved on to the next customer. This experience was disheartening. I’ve always tried to assume the best of people here, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure respectful and equal treatment for all customers.
