Food was amazing, small(ish) portions but we each got a breakfast meal and then a sweet (French toast) to share!! The service was great, they are working hard and are very kind. Atmosphere is adorable and the restaurant is in a wonderful location.

There’s something deeply satisfying about starting the day at À la Maison. The room has a calm rhythm — soft light, quiet conversations, and a team that moves like they’ve done this for years. Nothing forced, nothing overstated. The food is where this place really shows its confidence. Everything is homemade, and you can taste it — the yoghurt with granola that’s gently toasted and not too sweet, eggs that arrive at just the right temperature, and sauces that actually have depth rather than decoration. The menu is broad without feeling random: Benedicts in several variations, light pancakes, French toast, seasonal fruit, and the kind of fresh juices that don’t taste like they’ve travelled through a bottle. You can eat here five mornings in a row and never repeat yourself — and still want to come back. It’s a rare mix of consistency and quiet ambition — simple food, done perfectly.

Elegant , clean & bright cafe . We booked a table online as it stated becoming full & busy with people all having breakfast there We were group of 7 , each wanted to try something different , eggs / yogurt with fruit and granola , french toast with fruit . I Ordered avocado toast which was delicious & lovely presented . We all enjoyed our breakfast and the service was great Staff were aware of the food allergies, as one of us ordered gluten free bread with their breakfast The only thing was the coffee was cold because it’s from a machine and the milk was cold so next time mention to them if u like ur coffee hot like me !!
