I was a hot young thing and I used to drink my pints in here. I was staying at BA’s and making my way through his ex-girlfriend’s book collection. I had German school four days a week and it was hard going. Once I was sat in here with a Flensburger and an ashtray reading The Trial. An old man in a suit that only looked shabby close up got talking to me. From his effusive smiles I could tell my German was making some sort of sense. I wasn’t just ordering a pint, I was communicating opinions about literature! Then the old man pretended to lose his balance and gripped the very top of my thigh and held on like it was a zimmerframe. He smiled. Sadly I paid my bill and conceded that I probably wasn’t actually speaking German. Outside it was snowing.

good music (Blues), good drinks, you can smoke inside. An amazing bar.

Indoor smoking is allowed here - the place has lots of candles at night which makes it very cosy and chill, with good beers and cocktails to have a nice time with friends.

Great selection of drinks from wine, beers to cocktails. A very well-made Margarita can be found here and it is strong! Beer selection is also quite good and varies from different types. A cool vibe overall and a great area to be in with lots of good restaurants for after the drink 🍸

Cool Café Bar in the vicinity of marrienenplatz, delicious coffee and the perfect spot to catch some sun if its shining. The staff are especially nice, highly recommended.!!
