Starbucks

Came in out of the snow and had the warmest of welcomes from all 3 staff members. They spoke perfect English and were friendly and helpful. Warm atmosphere, food was nice and fresh and the hot chocolate was delicious. Wifi was great too.

This is absolute worst Starbucks. The service is at its lowest. That’s a pity, as I’m always visiting Starbucks all around Belrin and love this place. This could be my go to place. Coffee tasted terrible, the baristas are super rude. Venti cappuccino tasted literally like milk. They don’t check online orders: I got mine order only after I proactively asked when it’s going to be ready. They also start closing at 19:00: you cannot normally sit because they start putting chairs together and cleaning. At 19:30 it is completely ready to be closed. Ridiculous Starbucks that is completely not up to the standards. Shame for the brand.

It’s pretty nice and clean and comfortable Starbucks I have ever been in Berlin Mitte Staff kindly and friendly.

I ordered a Venti, went home through the rain, and discovered it wasn’t a Venti. I came back through the rain, asked to remake the drink, went home, and it wasn’t a Venti either. I know the joke is on me, but screw this place. Most unserious. I shouldn’t have to carry a measuring cup with me to a coffee place.

I got a dirty mug, there was a lipstick on it. 2 stars only because of the location and nice workers. ~5 euros for a small cappuccino! I was surprised that for that much money, I didn't get a nice picture on top or any allusion to the picture. I would understand if it would be crowded, but still, I would expect some service. English & card payment
