Onigiri, karaage & other Japanese treats, plus hot & cold drinks served in a comfy space....
The matcha tastes wonderfully authentic : deep, earthy, and not too sweet, just as youβd expect from Japan. The cafΓ© itself is lovely, and the food and drinks are genuinely delicious.
I ordered one tea and one meat bento, which made a great combo to start the day. The staff were polite, quick, and very sweet. The tea had a strong, rich flavor, and the bento was filling enough for one person. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, making it a nice place to gather with friends.
Very light desserts and really tasty matcha. If you like matcha you should definitely try this place. They als have onigiri and the service is kind and fast. Can be a bit crowded during rush hours.
Tasty lunch box for 10euro (without drink), additional miso soup for 1.8 euro. I like traditional Japanese food that the portion is not overly big but it has so many different vegetables in it, so you get diversity of nutritions. I counted and maybe 10 different vegetables were in this lunch menu. The place can be a little noisy when it gets busy.
One of best matcha places in Berlin. The waitresses are really nice and helpful. Definitely crowded so you might want to arrive early. We love the matcha crepe cake a lot.
