Amazing what Deuche Bahn is doing to get innovation in to their business. My startup company won a competition to deliver sensor technology to S Bahn Stuttgart. They have this on a regular basis.

I've been there for a meetup. The atmosphere is like in a startup. Work places look rather small but very ergonomic. Tables are grouped by 3 or 4 in a circle. And there is a plenty of free space in between. Bathroom was clean at the end of the work day. Yes, the most important is a view to Spree: one can probably sit outside and work!
