Dear Management, I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your café and had an interaction that I felt was important to bring to your attention. During my visit, one of your baristas asked about the perfume I was wearing, and I shared that it was D&G Light Blue. The barista mentioned he were allergic to it, and I immediately apologized and was understanding. However, while preparing my drink, he continued to cover his nose repeatedly, and telling me to step back and after serving me, he told me that I should eat outside due to his allergy. While I understand and empathize with anyone who has a sensitivity or allergy, the way the situation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and somewhat singled out. As a guest, I didn’t feel that I was doing anything inappropriate, and I was surprised to be asked to leave the indoor seating area after already ordering and being kind about the situation. I’m sharing this not to complain, but to offer feedback that might help improve how sensitive situations like this are managed in the future — both for staff and for customers. I truly value kindness and mutual respect, and I believe this could have been communicated in a gentler and more professional way. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I appreciate your attention and wish you all the best.
I asked if they can cut the borek because it is too big for one person. I am treated rudely for this question, borek was already on the plate that i could not leave and had to pay. Borek was tasty but i could not finish so it was a waste at the end.
We went to the laundromat next door and a kind gentleman was trying to help us get change so we went to ask the restaurant for change - as he said no he made a comment “American problem” to the man we were with - obviously very understandable in English - the gentleman shook his head and we went back. We went to eat there anyway because it looked good and we had time to kill waiting on laundry, we were ridiculously overcharged. Asked for a special with orange juice. The special was advertised as 8.70 euros- we were charged 28 euros, so 9 euros for an orange juice? The food was great but why be so rude. Warning if you’re not local that you will probably be scammed!
Wow! They bake themselves! So nice. This is a true hidden gem!
Very good coffee at a super reasonable price. The food looks great, even though we haven’t tried anything. What really stands out is the young man who served us this Sunday afternoon—very friendly and super efficient. Congratulations! You have a great employee. And if he’s the owner, I wish you all the best with your business!
