Creative interpretations of traditional Cantonese dishes in a low-lit, industrial-chic setting....
Nice casual place. Some dishes great some just ok or average. Service - reception lady was on the phone good 5 minutes talking and we were waiting in the entrance all this time after service in the dining room difficult beggining but during the evening getting much better. Duck was average but black pepper sauce argentinian beef and big prawns amazing. Dim sum dumplings ok. Good to go larger group.
Excellent choice if you want to have a memorable meal without minding about the expense. You pay for the quality you get. Everything was prepared with care and unique seasonings - the only thing we did not find amusing like all the rest were the prawn dumplings. The staff is really committed to offer a good service, satisfying personal requests to their best and checking the tables regularly. We tried the Winter Menu x2 with few variations and in the end we were satisfied with the quantities of each portion. The atmosphere is nice, with background noise a bit loud but not too much - I'd recommend to call in advance for a reservation to choose better tables instead of having to share it with another couple, for example. Will be back!
Great vibe and cool place. As soon as you enter you pass through the open kitchen and generally that’s already a good sign. We got the winter menu for two and the food was very flavourful. The menu was a combination of different small dishes but by the end of it we were unable to finish our dishes. They generously offered to pack the rest of the food as a take away.
Top tier Chinese food with amazing flavours, textures and service. The setting is also very unique a mix of Berlin and China.
Amazing experience at Long March Canteen. Every single dish was delicious and flavourful, and we even got to try to new things (to us), like the thousand year-old egg, or duck dumplings. I would go back and somehow would love to order everything again, but also try a bunch of other dishes. I don’t really understand the negative reviews - food was perfect, service was amazing. This is not a traditional Chinese or Cantonese restaurant, but highlights some incredible flavours. It’s a little expensive (about 45€ worth of food per person), but it was worth it for the experience and quantities. We ordered à-la-carte.
