Decent coffee and friendly servers. The space is pretty dirty and not kept very clean, and it smells strange too. Their no laptops policy on some tables makes no sense when the tables are all empty. There are much nicer and friendlier cafes elsewhere in Berlin.

Very poor management experience. We were already seated and enjoying our coffee when staff came and placed a “reserved” sticker on our table, saying it was booked in 30 minutes. After exactly 30 minutes, they asked us to stand up and leave. This was handled in a very unprofessional and uncomfortable way. If a table is reserved, it should not be given to customers in the first place. This kind of treatment completely ruins the experience.

Great coffee, I especially loved their iced Cappuccino. That blended thick texture was amazing. Unfortunately they have no standard for this drink, every time I went back to get it again, it came out very different or they didn’t know what I was talking about :) still very tasty though and everyone is always friendly.

So calm and lovely on a Tuesday morning! People reading the paper, chatting quietly, enjoying the sun shining in the window. Great start to the day!

Really nice location, they have the seating positioned for people watching just like in French cafes! Nice place to work from although there’s power points they are hidden under the seating and hard to reach. The WiFi is adequate with plenty of bench seating and individual tables to pull out your laptop at. They have a selection of cakes and pastries which looked great, I had a iced americano which was really good. Hot latte will cost you 2.9 euros as a price guide and they only accept cash. #BeatTheGrind
