Cafe Fräulein Dietrich

Just hit a new personal high for a simple latte to go: €5.50. From my point of view, that’s well over the line for what’s being offered. The coffee itself was fine, but nothing exceptional enough to justify the price. With so many great cafés around, it’s hard to see the value here.

We arrived shortly after they opened at 11:00. As the weather was bad, people could only sit inside where they have 4 tables. Eventhough the place is really small we waited almost an hour for the food to arrive. The food was ok, nice presentation but I did not think it was worth the price or the wait. The brioche bread was not cooked through.

I was visiting Berling for just a few days. We happened to pop by in this cafe/restaurant. it was the best thing I ate on that trip: self-made avocado sanwiches and mango-chailatte. It was so delicious. I want to go back just to drink that chai again. They have great salads and other fresh options too! Very cute interior and helpful staff! Definitely visit if you need brunch in Berlin!

Very special place. Never been a cake person until I tried their cheesecake. Delicious, homemade, perfect texture, not too sweet.. The owner is very nice, the place is cosy and they have outdoor sitting option.

lovely little cafe. Sweet ambiance, good food, delicious cakes, nice big array of drinks. Service is sweet as well. Ah, no indoor toilets but they have a deal with the shoe store next door so it's not a big problem. Nice natural shoes by the way ;)
