Vivari

I was served twice on Monday at Vivari. First by an appropriately kind female waitress, second by a young male who identified himself as the owner’s son. It would seem his father never impressed on this young man customer service skills or general kindness. He was unhelpful to the point of being rude and disrespectful. His family have failed his education and he has failed their efforts to be a business which people want to comeback to again and again. Never again for this customer.

Don't come here. There are always shady people skulking around in the cafe, especially when it's dark out.

I visited the store at 9:00 PM to collect my TooGoodToGo order, but was instructed to wait until 9:15 PM. However, upon returning at the designated time, I found that two customers had already received their orders ahead of me. This misleading information from the staff resulted in unfair treatment, and I feel deeply frustrated by the lack of transparency in their process.

Great coffee shop. Food lovely and well presented. Staff pleasant and overall great atmosphere.

I went on Sunday 8.00 pm. According to the website it closes at 10pm though the staff said it was at 9.00pm. I ordered a glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice but I am told it is not possible cause they have already cleaned the machine. I then ordered an empanada but there wasn't an oven available to heat it up. Guess it, yeah, already cleaned and not possible. Ended up sipping a white coffee with absolutely no foam. Horrible service, not even an "I'm sorry." But I guess it's the same in all these budget coffee chains.
