In my opinion, this place is great. The prices are good and fair (quite low), and the staff doesn't cheat anyone, unlike competitors. Tourists are usually ripped off by locals who overcharge. If the menu doesn't list prices, it means the staff will make them up, but they're very overpriced. Everything here is listed in advance. The pastries are delicious and fresh, and the coffee is strong and aromatic. A 10 out of 10 for this cafe!
Perfect place for breakfast. And what is most important they don't cheat with prices. And it's not that obvious on Barcelona.
Came in for a quick snack and a cup of coffee. Pastry looks good and tastes okay but absolutely nothing has names/prices on it so you don’t really know what you’re looking at and you have no idea how much it costs. There’s no coffee-menu so you also need to guess what is available and what is not (there are no prices either). Staff behaves a little bit strange, there’s some unexplainable ignorance in the air and the tone that all three people behind the counter used to keep repeating „two flat-whites” that we ordered sounded a little bit mockery. Maybe they are allergic to tourists.
Good stuff, so cheap compared to the cafes in Canada lol.
Compared to other Vivari coffee shops, this one is quite dirty unfortunately. The toilet especially was dirty and surely not taken care of for hours. Coffee and the food is quite good though. Seems they were short of staff, as I only saw one personnel there. Please arrange better cleaning.
