Starbucks

We were served by Xose and he put us in the best mood ever! He was absolutely lovely and so friendly. He is the definition of great customer service and I hope management sees that. Definitely cheered us up from an otherwise gloomy day.

The coffee was nice and relatively inexpensive but the locality was not clean. Although they had three employees and almost no customers they chose to talk with each other rather than to clean the place.

We enjoyed our time in Starbucks:) Celeste was very attentive—she greeted us warmly with a kind smile and recommended a great menu choice. The place was spacious and clean, making us want to visit again.

So I paid 6 euros for the dry, 2-3 days cake? It feels like being an idiot at some point. Now I understand why Starbucks is loosing clients. It is not about competition, check your products quality versus price 🤦‍♀️

Their promotion breakfast is excellent. Great coffee and bagel (after re-heated, it just like freshly baked). Staff are very nice, specially the cashier girl who always smile. What a great place to have breakfast before going to Casa Batllo!
