Starbucks

One of the cleaner bucks, but latte was lukewarm, and service matched.

The interior is very nice with comfortable seats and the bathrooms are very clean. The service was also very accommodating to our sub par spanish and made our drinks in good time. However, the prices are still expensive like at most starbucks locations.

They literally never clean the tables outside even when they aren’t doing anything and you can just see every table covered with dirty glasses. They neglect to unlock the chairs outside for hours in the morning as well and I’ve gone and asked them 3 times to unlock them and have waited 50 minutes for it. They say they’re busy but unlocking the chairs should be done before they even open and yet often they are not. Additionally the toilets are the dirtiest of any Starbucks I’ve ever been in. They need to staff more so they can focus on cleaning tables, bathrooms, and lending a hand when things get busy.

I was waiting 10 minutes for service even though there was one person before me. I ordered flat white with oat milk. It came with normal milk. I ordered brown sugar coffee, it came unsweetened. Worst Starbucks experience ever. And I have been to Starbucks all over the world from the US to Taiwan.

Tidy, clean and organised when I visited today 8/11/22 at 13:00 Toilet also clean but only one out of three in service. The staff were hanging Christmas decorations which was nice! Good service all around, the staff and barista were smiling and just welcoming. The way Starbucks should be! There’s plenty of seating available and some food options.
