At first we really liked this place. We came almost every day because the food was good, the portions were correct and the price was reasonable. The atmosphere was nice and we felt welcome. However, over time, everything has changed. They have modified the menu, reduced the quantities and increased the prices in an exaggerated way. The quality-price ratio has worsened a lot and does not justify what it currently costs. The worst of all is the treatment. We are teenagers and, despite being regular customers, they treat us much worse than other people, especially adults or elderly people. They serve us at the table normally, while they make us wait, speak to us in a dry tone and even make us clean and tidy the tables before leaving, something they do not ask others to do. They also make us wait for our food instead of serving us like the rest. We do not ask for any privileges, just the same respect as any other customer. It's a shame, because at first it was a highly recommended place, but between the excessive prices and the unequal treatment, the experience has become very disappointing.
Delicious traditional Japanese food. We loved their gyozas, the Japanese-style tempura chicken, and of course their signature Sandos (Japanese sandwiches) that fuse Japanese and Catalan cuisine.
I celebrated my 40th with Kasa Hanaka in Sarrià and even though there were too many of us on a stormy day, we had a great time and the waiters tried very hard to accommodate us! I never treat them with resentment and always with the aim of finding solutions and making the experience the best possible.
It's a beautiful spot, tucked away inside a community center in Sarrià, with a tranquil garden that makes you forget you're in the heart of the city. We tried the daily Japanese menu and everything was delicious. The food tastes homemade, prepared with care, and the price is very reasonable. For dessert, the matcha cheesecake was simply divine. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the place invites you to linger a while longer with a tea or coffee. In short: a charming place with great energy and authentic Japanese flavor. I will definitely be back.
A pleasant space within the Sarrià Civic Center, located in the Vila Cecilia garden. Ideal for taking a break and having a drink. Offering Catalan-Japanese fusion cuisine.
