Overpriced and not transparent about costs. Based on my order I was expecting my bill to be 9€ but it was 14.50 for two small sandwiches. They didn’t tell me about the extra charges beforehand and they weren’t listed on the menu. The sandwiches were fine and the place has some charm, but I won’t go back.

I got terrible food poisoning and think it was most certsinly their unclean conditions and undercooked meat. U couldnt pay me to eat here

Where all the locals go in the area. Wish I found it earlier! Simply the best.

Simply on another league. Quick, friendly service, excellent breakfast. The classical decor and style of the place are another attraction. It's is beautiful. Like an old Rolls Royce! The real deal. Omelette with artichoke is amazing, with lovely side dish of bread and tomato. Their famous Popeye lives up to its reputation.... Coffee is good, too. If you're new to the area, I suggest this morning pit stop. This cafe enjoys a steady loyal clientele for a reason. A family business that is extremely friendly and attentive in its service. After years as a customer, it still amazes me. It should be studied in top marketing and business universities as an example of how honest, impecable service with attention to detail does more than the swanky advertising, misleading offers and low-quality products of so many ---most--- chain cafeterias. A brilliant place to start your morning. Oh, and the waiter speaks perfect English, too.
