Bad people. Despite being a regular customer, they treat you like a thief, they have recorded EVERY customer movement and DO NOT hand over the complaint form, responding with violence when you ask them for it. They deserve something worse than a negative review on Google. I'm sorry to say it. They don't deserve to have a business facing the public in Barcelona, ​​or anywhere. In case anyone reads, they prefer and pressure for cash payment. As neighbors, we don't deserve to have bars in the hands of bad people.

The first time I came, I ordered a latte, and later I asked for two more sugars, and he slammed them down and laughed. Service 0. And he treats animals badly; he doesn't let them in, and if they do, he roughly grabs their leashes. The owner of the dog was a little drunk but mistreated it.
