I don't understand why coffee with milk is served in a transparent glass without any handle. I couldn't hold it (and drink it) cause it was too hot. Also, the floor was extremely dirty. Date: 26/11/2025

Got charged 3.50 euro for a cappuccino. This is very expensive compared to other coffee shops in the area. Saw on the receipt it had been charged as an iced matcha latte which was obviously the incorrect product.
