Great evening experience with nice food, great service. Highly recommend the wines and the deserts too.

In January, my friend and I visited the Palmer restaurant. The 14th floor offers stunning views of Barcelona. We ordered seafood and a Caesar salad for lunch, and our waiter Natan, recommended dessert. Dessert was a divine... passion fruit sorbet and coconut mousse. The service and atmosphere were wonderful. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Palmer Restaurant is my hidden gem in Barcelona. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, and the experience feels thoughtfully curated rather than overdone. What truly sets Palmer apart is the team. Petra is incredibly warm and knowledgeable - she sees everything, and you can fully rest knowing you’re in the best hands when she’s around. Ivan is deeply thoughtful and genuinely caring; with him there, you feel looked after in the most natural way - truly one of the best humans. Natans embodies true hospitality - attentive, kind, and effortlessly excellent. Andreas & Carlos my favorites!! It’s rare to find a place where service feels this intuitive and human.

Great restaurant with delicious food and very generous portions. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The team was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

I usually think hotel restaurants are basic and overpriced but this one actually has quality to match and the dinner tasting menu is VERY reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and service was kind/helpful throughout the meal. I didn't go with the tasting menu because I wasn't that hungry but I would definitely do it based on what I saw. Instead I got a prawn rice, the acorn fed iberico pork, and the apple tatin dessert. The iberico pork especially was super delicious and pretty much exactly what you would want from those words, with super flavorful pieces, so for this place I would recommend items that have the iberico pork in it. The prawn rice was delicious too and the apple tatin was really nice. I think the ice cream that came with it was vanilla bean, not just regular vanilla. Also, the food came with some beginning and ending bites, as well as bread and olive oil, to make sure you have enough food and a good experience for your buck. Definitely recommended.
