Pa de Sucre

Coffee is good and food is nice. Great for breakfast.

Love this small place - delicious coffee, lovely music, nice sunny terrace in the morning. A sandwich with egg and ham is to die for

I had a disappointing experience at Pa de Sucre. The decor is lacking, uncomfortable seating, subpar service, and it's quite noisy. Cleanliness could also be improved, and the pastries are not homemade. To top it off, I was asked to leave despite the cafe being empty, all because I ordered just a coffee and a croissant. I won't be returning.

As simple as Simon, but with great coffee and tasty morsels. The truffles egg roll may look plain Jane, but the flavours are all creamy dreamy. How they toast the thing and avoid the squash of demise is beyond my skill set. The simplicity of the tomato and jamon roll may be lost on the eye, but the palate lingers. Friendly as most of this town is, and a great outdoor square to think about what's next.

Pastries are not self made. Cakes may be. Good for kids as there's a table for them. Coffee is regular as most places in Barcelona. You get lunch menu. Ok for quick breakfast-lunch
