Rustic-chic cafe for home-baked breads & pastries, plus light lunches, overlooking a quaint square....
This is a cozy place to eat along the edge of the busy plaza with great coffee and sandwiches. It was my second time there today, as I had a bit of a party night, woke up really hungover, and my body told me to return there, even though it was a windy 20 minute walk. While it wasn't my plan, I had two meals and two drinks in one sitting and will gladly return for another session, which will be my third visit this trip. Today I had avocado toast, a Bresaola, a match latte, and their pineapple, apple, and celery juice. The first round was so good, and post hangover me couldn't be stopped, that I just ordered the second round instead of asking for the check. My first time I got a cappuccino and a caprese sandwich which is one of my favorite things, and this one was also special. The staff both times were very friendly, and after sharing my hangover woes this morning, I got some friendly jokes but also some understanding at my brain not quite working 😅 I am pretty sure I'll end up back here before my time in Barcelona is up, but I really had to share my experience going here twice within the week.
Very welcoming people and location. Everything looked and smelled so good. Focaccia with mortadella was heated and very tasty with a perfect crunch. Fresh juice was great with it. Could not leave without trying their tiramisu. Soft and delicious.
We got a table in the outdoor seating area which is in the beautiful square. The service was very kind and helpful. We chose by popping inside to look at the counter which just makes you want to have one of each but I would highly recommend the Lemon tart. I love that the coffee is served like this too as I can be so paticular.
One of the best Tiramisù in town ❤️✨ Great Ambience, indoor and outdoor seating, great choice of coffee, sweet and salty snacks. A wonderful place to spend a morning at or have a quick lunch. You can get a Tiramisu there or grab a take-away one with you. A very homely place, with wonderful staff. If you are in Barcelona and nearby, do not miss a chance to go there ❤️✨ #tamarrakitchenrules #foodlover #barcelona #travel #foodie #sweetmoments
The best restaurant in Gracia. Came here almost everyday, multiple times a day on our holiday. Coming from a place where we are used to fresh, organic and healthy cafe's, we were consistently impressed with the freshness of the food, the taste, the portions and all for such a reasonable price and amazing service for a very busy place. Staff are always smiling. All the bread, juice’s, cakes and pastries are made fresh on-site and you can tell! It’s a must visit kind of place that won’t disappoint, give a few different items on the menu a try, they are delicious.
