La Vespa

Absolutely loved this place The Vespa name attracted me at first as I ride a Vespa, but to be fair, there's not a massive amount of Vespa stuff in there but that doesn't matter. It's the food, that's what you are going for, and without doubt this place serves excellent burgers. I would totally recommend the home made artisan bread for your burger bun. It's more like a pizza dough bread and is thicker and denser that the brioche option. I've never been a fan of the brioche, to light and falls apart too easy. Definitely go for the artisan option! I may never visit Barcelona again, but if I do, Vespa Burger Bar is where I'm heading 1st night!

Food quality and flavor? 10/10. I do find it annoying that I paid 6,50€ for just a set of 4 chicken fingers. Other than that, the two burgers we got were delicious and the onion rings tasted great

If you want homemade burgers with tons of flavors and choices. This is the place!! Atmosphere is pretty cool, with the Vespa theme. So quant. No wonder the high ratings. The food was delicious. I had the Maca, husband had the mushroom special, and my son had kobe. And we all agreed, our first bite was explosive in our mouth. You can tell the meat was fresh, and the buns toasted. My burger melted in my mouth! The potatoes or fries for Americans was awesome with its own flavors. We all had the old fashioned, was smooth!! It was so good, we had two rounds. Oh don’t forget desert!! The tiramisu with the cappuccino. Definitely a must try!! The service was superb!! The staff were so sweet, friendly and excellent at explaining the menu. Being American, trying (struggling) to speak Spanish, they were kind enough to speak English. If you like looking at gorgeous ppl. The waitress and the the two waiters were gorgeous looking. Sweet and gorgeous. Don’t find that to much in the world. This is a definite place to try when visiting Barcelona!!

The food here is flavorful, fresh, and served fast. I had the vegetarian burger which is tofu based. Normally I am not a huge tofu fan but the executed it well and my burger remained in tact down to the very last bite. What will make me return time and time again is the service. Friendly, fast, and willing to indulge my Spanglish, the staff here really go the extra mile to provide a quality experience.
