‼️⚠️Terrible service.⚠️‼️ I needed an exchange, but I didn't have a receipt. Every consumer has the right to present their Visa card receipt to make an exchange. (Basic consumer regulations) The cost is acceptable according to the regulations. Finally, they were going to exchange it, then they refused, claiming the packaging was damaged. This employee, besides being incredibly unfriendly, lacked any empathy or interest. He even had the nerve to applaud me and make sarcastic remarks. He was only friendly when it came to insulting me. It's a shame because I live very close by and I'm a regular customer. I'm never going back to that store.

I found what I was seeking for. I didn't find many pen options, but the prices are reasonable.

With the lockdown, most of the stationary were closed, I found this local shop , got my journal and pens for my son, super friendly owner speaks english to me. Highly recommended.
