Cozy little matcha place in downtown Barcelona serving high quality Japanese matcha drinks and sweets. Minimal, calm atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly staff and a clear focus on matcha done right. We had a Matcha Latte with oat milk and an Uji Matcha Poundcake. Both were absolutely delicious. Matcha Latte was beautifully balanced, vibrant and smooth, letting the quality of the matcha really shine through. The oat milk complemented it perfectly without overpowering the flavor. I highly recommend ordering Uji Matcha Poundcake. Moist, rich and deeply matcha forward, not overly sweet, exactly how matcha desserts should be. A must visit spot for true matcha lovers.🍵🍪

A great shop, I loved it. The design was modern and minimal and the Hojicha was great. There is very little seating here but it's open air which is nice because even though it's small you don't feel boxed in. The drinks were made quick, I would definitely recommend.

I randomly came across this place and I turned out to have an excellent matcha. The staff is very friendly, talked with one of the baristas who made my matcha at told me about the kind she is using and the flavors it has. Very cute atmosphere as well. The drink also comes with a little “passport” which tells you where the matcha is coming from, a unique touch to it😉

I appreciate their approach to espresso & matcha. You can choose the ratio of milk to matcha/espresso for each drink. The matcha & espresso were delicious and the staff is well-trained and friendly. We enjoyed sitting outside. I highly recommend!

I went today with my friend, recommended by an acquaintance, who said that the Uji matcha was very good. My friend and I had two iced matcha lattes, one latte and another with strawberry. We really have no complaints about the service, as they were super friendly and treated us wonderfully. As for the matcha, it was a real disappointment. The matcha didn't have much of a matcha flavor, perhaps because the ratio of ice to milk and matcha wasn't right, but the truth is that we found the flavor to be very bland. It just tasted like milk, with water, and a very light, very subtle matcha flavor, almost non-existent. My friend said the strawberry one only tasted like strawberry jam, that there was no matcha flavor at all. They used the Ceremonial Uji one for mine and the Kagoshima for my friend's. It's nice that they prepare it fresh, and the finsl presentation of the product, but I think that given the price of the matcha itself it's not really worth it, I've tried better ones.
