Cafe Daurada

This place is closed from where I live , two three years ago ( approximately) i use to go often . They had amazing staff who where really polite and the food was fresh and good quality. But from 2025 I have stop because the food is really bad ( I ordered a cake that I always used to ordered , so I know the taste , this time it tasted awful I could even finish i literally had to throw and I am pretty sure it was pretty old because I had food poisoning) the owner who used to run the shop are know not there that could be the reason but the food and specially the coffe have degraded a lot I don't go anymore but. Today I went the staff was more busy looking at the screen then the customers . I felt it was necessary so anyone doesn't waste money on buying old nasty food . ( the owners are really nice ,but the quality is really bad )

By so much the best cafe I've ever been to. I cannot express how much I love this cafe using words. Everything is such an incredible price for how good it is. The staff are amazing and the place is comfortable and welcoming. If you're in the area I highly highly recommend this cafe. Thank you cafe Daurada.

Harmonious cafe at the heart of Left Eixample. Soothing atmosphere based on pastel brown walls, wooden furniture and cute pictures with inspiring messages. At the bottom after the dinning room we find an internal patio with plants that allow us to enjoy the typical interior terrace of L'Eixample as designed by Cerdà. Good array of typical Spanish pastries, hot & cold beverages in 2 sizes and some candies. Furthermore, they offer full cakes for take away. They also have some tables on the street under big umbrellas.

Café with good standards and taste. Nice staff. Plenty of place. Extended terrace as smoking 🚬 area available. Cappuccino was better than starbucks. Sandwich 🥪, croissants, cookies 🍪 etc available.
