Great pistacchio croissant. I typically like a lot of filling in my croissants and this one had a perfect amount. The pistachio flavor was strong and rich. The croissant was very big—made the €5 price worth it. Would definitely go back and try another flavor since they all looked so delicious.
This tiramisu croissant is WOW! I mean WOW! Just enough sweetness and contains actual tiramisu inside with lady fingers and all. I’m typically one to watch my figure but I went back twice for this in two days.
Best croissant in Barcelona — flaky and well worth it Brunells really lives up to the claim — they have the best croissant, at least in Barcelona. It’s perfectly flaky, light, buttery, and done just right. Simple, classic, and executed extremely well. If you’re a croissant lover, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended.
I ordered pistachio crossiant and chai latte in to-go cup. The crossiant is delicious, very fresh and pistachio. Chai latte 10/10, bursting with spice—the first sip I taste a gentle hint of nutmeg that doesn’t overpower. It finishes with a subtle, spicy cinnamon note on the back palate.I can feel the spices dance on my tongue.Overall its not very sweet and the microfoam is delicate. Next time I want to try other crossiant with chai latte again!
I used to love their pistachio croissant. However, they have changed their fillings. They reduced the amount of pistachio in their cream. I can taste and see the difference. Their pistachio croissant just tastes like a cream, no specific taste, but definitely not the pistachio croissant it was before. See the difference in the photos of how they used to be and are right now (Second picture is from their own social media account). Hope you can make them like before, because that was better. I think the price also used to be higher, so please don't reduce quality for a lower price. They do have good plain croissants and a very lovely employee that manages the tables. She's always got a smile on her face, I don't know her name but she is from Latin America.
