Very good collection on arts and politics. Easy and free access. You can borrow the books. A nice room to read and chill. At least two vegan restaurants nearby. One of my favourite places in Bangkok.

Nice little free library on the 4th floor (hard to find, from the small stairs next to Poshtel. a small sign on the door). Quiet, empty place good for a reading. Collection of Eng & Thai books focused on Art/Sociology.
