I was recently an icon mall when I came across the nearest place that had napkins. The host refused to give me a two month old son napkins, cause I didn’t buy anything. I gave them a few Boht and they still wouldn’t give me any napkins. They said it only comes with a purchase. Meanwhile my son is cry out loud. They need to teach there employees manners.

Wow what a fabulous coffee shop the Latte was so smooth and creamy with fabulous coffee art. We went every day of our 10 day stay in Bangkok, the staff were so friendly and always smiling. Exactly what I’d been searching for. A simple coffee and treat. Excellent service from the staff. The coffee was smooth and silky and the muffin heated perfectly. Wonderful coffee store.

I would like to leave a constructive review. I had cappucino but the milk was overheated. After 5 minutes of cooling I was able to notice the taste notes of the coffee which was actually good. Please measure your milk temperature.

We’d arrived quite early, no waiting. It was good. Pacamara, located inside Icon Siam , Veranda Zone, offers varieties choice of coffee and tea, including its own brand roasted beans. Prices are moderate. Some snack and other soft drinks are available. It’s worth to rest and sip good coffee and watch the world around you goes by.
