Starbucks

This location Starbucks manager is very rude and cheap . Ordered a drink. Realize it wasn’t sweet in enough so I went back (5minute after ) for extra syrup . The manager said I have to pay for extra syrup . This wasn’t the first time this situation happened at this branch . I went ask the manager for extra ice before and she refused me …. Does ice cost you money ? ….. FIRST TIME encounter this kind of situation at a Starbucks . The manager should be replaced. WILL NEVER BE TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN . ( incase you think it’s a language barrier it’s not I spoke Thai to her.

Good place to read a book

Very clouded, while staff trying to provide good services. I suggest going to the nearby Paseo Branch.

Big and comfy space but only 3 staffs work today which seem not enough to serve customers and they must tired at 2pm. I ordered simple hot mocha and choco grande. They didn't ask drink here or take away but picked take away glasses for me and didn't ask my name. At this point I told them I will drink here not take away. There was only 2 queues before me. 10 minutes later i was standing there in front the counter a short hair girl smiled and said sorry for my waiting. A long hair girl did wrong order, this girl I asked about WiFi password if necessary and she didn't know and asked her colleague and her colleague told me. Hey manager, this long hair girl needs more training please.

Poor service. I feel like i’ve been kept eyes on all the time. I just want to find some cafe to read a book for 2 hours and this time is my big mistake to choose this one. Kids keep running like a playground, the waiter keeps watching me like i’m gonna steal something. And i feel like i was treated under-standard, just in case you have it.
